The Chicago International Model United Nations, also known as CIMUN, is a groundbreaking educational political simulation for high school students. Our parent organization is a 501c3 nonprofit, and our staff is made up entirely of volunteers. Our conference is characterized by its immersive nature, realism and fun. Our staff is dedicated to the mission of providing a conference that covers the most realistic and relevant themes in international politics and ensures they are explored through challenging debate. Chicago International Model United Nations (CIMUN XXI) will be held at Fairmont Hotel in Millennium Park December 5-8th. We will also be staying at the Fairmont Hotel 200 North Columbus Drive, Chicago - Illinois.  The conference will last four days for high school students. Included in the registration fee: personalized country assignment, delegate fee, hotel, flights, and tour tickets. Students will need additional money for food and the train. The estimated cost for conference will be $1000.00. The final payment will be due October 15th.  This cost is based on four students sharing a room.  There are currently 16 seats (8 female and 8 male) available. In the event a room does not fill a refund will be given. Tentative Conference Schedule Thursday: 6pm Opening Ceremonies, 8:30pm-11pm Committee Session Friday: 10am-12pm Committee, 1:30pm-4pm Committee, 6:30pm-10:30pm Saturday: 10am-12pm Committee, 1:30pm-5:30pm Committee, Delegate Reception at 8:30pm. Sunday: 10am-12:30pm Committee, Closing Ceremonies starts at 1pm. We plan to leave on Wednesday from RSW and visit popular sites with a City Pass in Chicago on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday before the conference begins.

The Model United Nations Club at the University of Florida is pleased to bring you the twenty-second annual GatorMUN conference!

Our conference provides a learning experience unlike any other by breaking from the traditional classroom setting to transform high school students into experts on pressing international issues. For the weekend, students become delegates in important international forums addressing complex global issues such as preventing the spread of diseases, defending human rights, and upholding justice in the international system.

Included in the registration fee: are personalized country assignment, delegate fee, transportation, and hotel room. Students will need additional money for meals. The approximate cost for the conference will be $200.00. This price is based on four students sharing a room. The final payment will be due in December.

Ticket sales will end on Monday March 10, 2025.
